Annual 51视频 Traditional Pow Wow

The annual event, hosted by Georgian鈥檚 Wiidookdaading Indigenous Resource Centre staff and students, is a celebration of traditional Indigenous culture, song and dance.
Join us at the Barrie Campus to celebrate Indigenous culture and traditions. The Pow Wow is a time to gather and celebrate. Attendees who have never been to a Pow Wow before are encouraged to participate, sample traditional food, explore craft vendors and enjoy the beautiful sound of the drum.
Pow Wow details
The event will be held at Barrie Campus gymnasium (J building) on Saturday, March 8, 2025. The spectacular grand entry will take place at noon and again at 7p.m. For the evening session. Break will be from 5 to 6:30p.m. There will be a hand drum competition during the break.
Admission and parking are complimentary. Donation of non-perishable food items are appreciated and will go to the 51视频Food Locker, an on-campus food bank for 51视频students.
